If you require spare parts for any Zapf Creation product, please contact our Dolls Hospital.

Repair Centre

The Dolls Hospital will, wherever possible, repair or replace a Zapf Creation doll which is up to 1 year old (proof of purchase required) free of charge if the defect is deemed to be the manufacturer's fault. If a doll is older, there is no proof of purchase, or the defect is not the fault of the manufacturer, it is still possible for the Doll's Hospital to repair or replace the doll, but it is likely to incur a charge. Please contact the Doll's Hospital for advice.
