2004

Delisting of Zapf Creation AG from mid cap index MDAX and listing in small cap index SDAX since September 20th, 2004.

Zapf Creation announced its cooperation with Funtastic Limited, South Oakleigh/Australia. Funtistic will take over all operation activities as of November 1, 2004.

2003

Promotion and listing of Zapf Creation AG in „Prime Standard“ (since Jan 1st, 2003) and being part of the newly designed mid cap index MDAX – reduced to only 50 stocks – (beginning March 24th, 2003) according to the new stock market segmentation of Deutsche Boerse.

The subsidiary of Zapf Creation (Polska) Sp.z.o.o. is founded in Warsaw.

2002

Transformation of the Spanish sales subsidiary into a regular registered Spanish company. Worldwide market entry into the mini dolls segment with BABY born® miniworld.

BABY Annabell became the best selling toy in UK in 2002.

2001

The subsidiaries of Zapf Creation in Australia, Italy and Czech Republic are founded.


BABY Annabell became the best selling toy in UK in 2001. Rock-a-bye-CHOU CHOU was named the No.1 doll in the DURACELL® Kids` Choice Toy Survey in the USA – the toy industry`s most coveted top-10 list of the year.

Promotion and listing of Zapf Creation AG from small cap index SMAX up to mid cap index MDAX (DAX 100) since Dec 27th, 2001.

2000 The subsidiaries of Zapf Creation in UK and France are founded.
1999

Zapf Creation AG is introduced on the German stock exchange on 26th April and is listed in SMAX.

The subsidiary Zapf Creation (U.S.), Inc. is founded in Florida.

1997–1998 BABY born® becomes the best-seller among traditional toys in Germany.
